Timmermans Pêche is made by adding 100% natural peach flavouring to lambic fermenting in oak barrels. This beer’s characteristic aroma is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety flavour and a creamy foam.
There is no other beer like Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy.
From the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripens, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst.
Faithfully reflects the colour and flavour of ripe raspberries.
Bourgognes des Flandres is the real taste of Bruges. The top-fermented brown ale is blended with spontaneously fermented lambic, which is then matured in oak barrels for 12 months. it is this process that gives the red-brown beer a rich, creamy finish.
Its special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation and recipes passed on by the family throughout generations. It is a blend of old Lambic, which has been aged for 3 years in wooden barrels, and young Lambic.
