Dominus Double is a lively, fresh monastic beer with a lingering mouthfeel, that gives way to a hint of spicy and well-balanced, persistent bitterness. A fairly hoppy but sophisticated aroma, with roasted and earthy notes of old, dry wood. A crystal-clear, dark red beer with caramel highlights and a very dense and creamy head.
