The Whisky of Master Brewers

Welcome to the Land of the Brave! The Mont-Saint-Jean farm, at the very heart of the Waterloo battlefield, is very proud to present its whiskies made from the brewing of Waterloo beers.

The farm had its first Scotch whisky casks in 1815, during the Battle of Mont-Saint-Jean. Alcohol was often reserved for high-ranking soldiers and was often a means of coping with the injuries suffered during this battle. Today, after 3 years of maturation, still based on our Waterloo beer recipe, we offer you our second version of three Waterloo whiskies: “The Surgeon”, “The Nurse”, “The Brancardier”.

Our two single cask whiskies, The Surgeon & The Nurse, come from one and only one cask respectively and will not exceed 300 bottles. All well numbered.

Don’t hesitate, call us to book your visit to the brewery and distillery and uncover their secrets. You will discover our brewing vats and our superb still, before entering our cellar room where the angels await to reveal a magical spectacle... Discover the whisky of the Master Brewers!

FEATURE: Shy Bird on BP&O
