Bruinen Os

Bruinen Os is a top-fermented craft beer, that is brewed in limited quantities at the Den Os brewery in Bruges. A slightly hazy beer that has all the vibrant, smooth flavour of an authentic Flemish brown ale, with a beautiful dark colour with reddish highlights. Initial sweetness that lingers on the palate, with woody notes and a hint of caramel. The bitter flavours from the characterful malts impart a lovely scent of roasted chicory, adding to its distinctive taste.

Taste and mouthfeel

Smooth, round and slightly alcoholic attack. The complex malty aromas with sweet notes of caramel and toffee smoothe out the bitterness in the finish, leaving a balanced, pleasant aftertaste.
