A fresh opening of red apple and vanilla cream, lifted by delicate notes of lemon cake and floral hints; a beautifully balanced palate where green tea, buttery biscuit and toasted oak intertwine with a subtle touch of blonde beer; a long, comforting finish revealing apple-lemon jelly, warm oak and elegant floral notes.

Quite intensely red apple on the opening (Cox’s Orange Pippin style), followed by vanilla cream, lemon cake and subtle hints of orchid.
Taste and mouthfeel
Harmonious and well-balanced; lemon cake, green tea and oak sawdust, followed by something reminiscent of a reduction of blonde beer. A few drops of water enhance the impression of depth and liveliness, with a combination of spring-like freshness and indulgent biscuit notes.
Finish and overall impression
Quite long and comforting; toast with apple-lemon jelly, warmed wood, and floral and fruity impressions that echo the nose and palate.
