01. Composition

Water, Barley Malt, Wheat, Yeast

Aromas

Rich and lively, opening with orchard fruits: Beurré Durondeau pears and Reine des Reinettes apples, with a hint of quince jelly. This is followed by light brown sugar and a vegetal and floral touch reminiscent of a garden in summer. The addition of water reveals Bourbon vanilla.

Taste and mouthfeel

Initially slightly tangy, with barley sugar awakening the palate. Then comes an indulgent tarte Tatin, with its apples and golden caramel, along with a hint of bergamot. The addition of water brings out a touch of yuzu and wildflower honey.
