Taste and mouthfeel

Balanced and enveloping; delicately toasted oak, spicy caramel, sweet bergamot, candy apple; still a floral note and a hint of cinnamon; a drop of water opens up an impression of sparkling candy sugar, with a light acidity that awakens the taste buds.

Final and overall impression

Persistent and balanced; caramelized marshmallow, mild pepper, Breughel tart, light woody notes, hint of lime.
