Limited Edition – 227 bottles

Edward Martin presents a rare and precious edition of only 227 bottles, cask strength (59.5% ABV). This whisky matured for 1 year in a quarter cask (30L), 3 years in bourbon casks, and then 2 years in a unique rum cask. It reveals an intense warmth with notes of blond tobacco, orange, and gentle spices, evolving into dark caramel and wood, before stretching into a long and indulgent finish, reminiscent of caramelized pineapple and a whisper of rum.
