Each numbered bottle pays tribute to Bruges with illustrations of its iconic landmarks and elements of the brewery, seamlessly woven into Bruges lace to form the bull “Den Os.” Every detail invites exploration, reflecting the craftsmanship and local heritage of the distillery.

A newcomer in the heart of Bruges: Whisky Den Os. Building on this growing reputation, the Anthony Martin group enriches the Belgian scene with a new arrival: Whisky Den Os, a single cask whisky (drawn from a single barrel) with a gently fruity aroma. A true tribute to local craftsmanship, this whisky is the first to be distilled in the heart of the city.

Whisky Den Os: a unique signature in the heart of Bruges. These Single Cask whiskies, brewed and distilled in Bruges, boldly reimagine whisky traditions. Each cask is carefully selected by the Master Brewer, and a specific mash bill is crafted to enhance its aromatic profile. Drawing on our brewing expertise, we rigorously select the grains and opt for open-vat fermentation, bringing delicately fruity aromas to the spirit.
